Sci Port Fun!

On Sunday, we were blessed to go to Sci Port in Shreveport with our good friends, Mr. and Mrs. G. They have season passes to Sci Port and are able to bring extra people with them at no extra cost. So the kids (and the adults, too!) had fun exploring the place. It is a neat place and was our first trip there. It definitely won't be our last. When the science museum was almost ready to close, we went to the roof to make 'sun' cookies. It was a cool lesson on the sun (can you say science class?!!) and the kids enjoyed the sugar cookie they decorated. The kids also enjoyed the spray park right across the street and then we enjoyed dinner at Fuddruckers on the Boardwalk. We left for church that morning at 7:45 and didn't get back home until 9:00 that evening. We were one tired crew!

This was on the roof before we made our 'sun' cookies:

The 'sun' cookies sure were yummy (and not too hot like you might expect the sun!)

Here is the spray park. The kids enjoyed playing in the fountain until we saw the sign that said don't play in the fountain!

You have been such a fun family lately! I am jealous! I like Jessica's glasses! She looks so mature. And Jaelyn losing a tooth?! NO!! It means we are all getting older is she is getting older! Tell her congratulations!
Oh, and I love Eric's hat! I didn't even notice it! Andrew went through that faze also.
